PESSIMO. Ho passato un paio di notti e ho trovato un albergo molto vecchio, sporco e personale non disponibile. Peccato perché la posizione è invidiabile dovrebbe cambiare gestione.

Hotel at 2550 meters reachable by cable car or gondola free for its guests ... the structure is dated but in the process of partial renovation ... we took advantage of the half board and we can not complain .. the buffet was varied while the portions a little small but in line with those of the bistro in front of the hotel ... the rooms a little dated but very clean and comfortable beds .... the staff really kind makes you feel at home ... from the hotel start several paths and the position is truly enviable .. in the middle of nature ...! This is a review of the restaurant: avoid! Bad food, small portions, overpriced. Truly bad and expensive - we were a group of 6 and took different dishes. It was different in the past, my recent experience of April 2025 will make it avoid it forever.

Saw a lot of reviews, didn't care and went. Results .. Yes the romms are a bit outdated, but clean and good beds, every day new towels. Kitchen is good, not really fine dining but that you can't expect in a 3star hotel. Varied and good buffets. Staff is very kind, not everybody speaks English but they do their best. Location is 5star. Duirectly on the slopes, at 2600m. You can start ahead of the crowd ! Will we go again, 100% for sure !

…la media fa 3* come appunto si qualifica l’hotel, ma il problema sta proprio nella distanza siderale tra i prezzi (abbiamo pagato quasi 400 euro per due adulti e una bimba per una notte, compreso trasporto) e qualità di tutto (struttura vecchia, camere fatiscenti, zone comuni ristrutturate modo discutibile….). Eravamo preparati avendo letto le recensioni ma la realtà ha superato l’immaginazione….

We booked without reading the reviews (a mistake I will never repeat!!), only driven by the idea of being on the ski slopes. And that is really the only positive side of the hotel... but you can't pay €280 per night to stay in an old, poorly maintained structure with a cuisine that is practically "canteen" or self-service! I know that there are renovated rooms, but we ended up with a room that was not renovated, with broken/cracked bathroom tiles, the cork covering of the bathroom missing in some places, a chair in the room, at the small desk, that seemed broken and with torn fabric, the blanket on the bed that was probably clean, but so old that it certainly didn't give that impression. Not to mention the carpet on the stairs, dirty, worn, broken, full of dust ... wires coming out of the wall, routers hanging from the ceiling ... It's sad to write all this because the location is unique and the staff is kind and helpful ... but they should really close, fix the entire structure and then reopen a little renovated and cleaned !! Despite the location, I have no intention of returning!

As a young family we want to eat and go to bed. On New Years Eve our only meal option was an excruciating 4 hour marathon of food courses from 7:30 to 11:30. We were charged a mandatory €70 each on top of half board. No option. No discussion. Awful response. There was a 30-45 minute delay between each tiny course. We left around 10 pm having only had canapés and starter. Do not go over New Years Eve unless you want a very average meal at a hefty mandatory price

Siamo tornati al Lo Stambecco hotel dopo 35 anni e devo dire che ho apprezzato il restyling di alcune zone e di alcune camere. Ho avuto un disguido per l'assegnazione della camera prontamente risolto grazie alla disponibilità e professionalità del sig. Riccardo e del suo staff della reception. Posizione eccellente per chi ama sciare e comodo per fare una sosta a pranzo senza fermarsi nei rifugi pieni di gente. Cena squisita con servizio al tavolo e con la possibilità di scegliere altro al self service molto fornito per non parlare della colazione abbondante con una varietà di dolci invidiabile. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Comodo l'acquisto dello skipass direttamente in hotel. Un consiglio spassionato: prima di assegnare le camere ogni volta farei un controllo accurato circa la funzionalità dei servizi forniti .Magari cose di poco conto che sommate possono dare fastidio. Il parcheggio sotto la funivia dovrebbe avere una tariffa agevolata con l'hotel perchè è evidente che la clientela, arrivando carica di bagagli ,ha la necessita di usufruirne. CONSIGLIATO.
